I'm Bernie Beagle,

I'm  a sweet senior boy in need of a new home. I'm 12 years old and weighing in at 30lbs. I am low maintenance. and just want to take it easy at your side. My owner has passed away and left me and my housemates in need of a new place to dwell. I am a mellow fellow, but I will never lose my beagle nose. I love to sit outside and watch the world around me, you know, just in case some critter comes by, that a beagle should chase. I loves car rides, snuggling, and taking naps. I would be fine as a buddy to your dog. My tail wags with happiness.. I have always been with other dogs, in  my 12 years.Since I am a beagle, a fenced yard would be the best. I want you to know, my eyes squint, not from a buzz, but from looking for bunnies.Please, if anyone can help me find a soft place to lay my head in my final years, fill out an online application!  Did I mention I am house trained.
