Meet Pigeon! This special girl was found outside on her own. She ran right up to the people who found her like she was asking for help. Pigeon has a noticeable head tilt towards the right. She looks like she is listening very carefully, but she can't hear a thing! Pigeon has hearing loss and is suspected to have some level of impaired vision. Pigeon had an object lodged in her ear that led to ear infections, which may have caused her hearing loss. She has been treated for the infection and does not need any ongoing care, but she is deaf or partially deaf. Because of this, Piegon's meow can be extra loud - she doesn't know how much noise she can make! Other than her less-than-exceptional senses, Pigeon is completely unaffected by her differences. Her head will likely remain tilted but she gets around well and is speedy as can be. She tracks and plays with toys and can navigate stairs and get around the house with no problem.

Pigeon is lively, playful, and so funny. She will follow you around the house as your little shadow. Pigeon is very inquisitive. She loves new toys, new people, and new cats. She thrives as the center of attention and can never get enough pets! Pigeon adores other cats and be very happy to have a playmate. She does well with children but has not met dogs yet. Dogs may be scary at first since Pigeon can't hear them coming, but she should adjust easily to polite dogs with appropriate introductions and patience. Pigeon is being fostered in Akron, OH. She is about 4 months old.

Pigeon's adoption fee of $100  includes  negative test for Feline Leukemia (FELV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), spay surgery, feline leukemia, FVRCP, and Rabies vaccines,   de-worming, topical flea protection, and a microchip.
