Meet Blimpie! This little lady has a unique story. She was found in the parking lot of the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank by employees of Goodyear who were volunteering for the day. The Goodyear staff caught her (she was pretty easy to catch - she walked right up to them) and asked Foodbank staff what to do. One of the Foodbank staff also volunteers for the rescue and got her into a foster home! Blimpie was fondly named after the Goodyear blimp in honor of the nice people who saved her.

Blimpie is very friendly and confident. She has never met a stranger and will meow and chat with everyone she can. Blimpie has a tiny, high pitched meow that is very cute! She absolutely loves attention and will be a wonderful partner in TV watching, toy chasing, and bird watching for her lucky adopter. Blimpie hasn't met dogs yet but should adjust easily to them with proper introductions. She does well with children and loves other cats. She is about 4 months old and is   being fostered in Akron, OH. 

Blimpie's adoption fee of $100 includes  negative test for Feline Leukemia (FELV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), spay surgery, age-appropriate vaccines (feline leukemia, FVRCP, Rabies), de-worming, topical flea protection, and a microchip.
