Hi!

Farfalle here! You can call me Farf for short. I came to the rescue with quite a past. I was living outside on some land braving the elements when a nice lady trapped me before turning me over to the rescue. During my time before the rescue I had to fight off some upper respiratory infection stuff, and I witnessed my sister get attacked by some sort of wild animal. Because of this and my lack of socialization before being trapped, I can be a little apprehensive at first. I really like to sniff you out and get to know you before I make a point to sit on your lap. Once I feel comfortable, though, it's smooth sailing from there! I'm a sweet little baby who will rub all over your legs and follow you around the house. I love to be with my humans. Any time I'm not exploring the house, I'm certainly on your lap purring myself to sleep or laying somewhere close by. I get along really well with other cats and even dogs. I show no signs of aggression to anyone and can exist happily in a home with a lot of other animals. If you only have a couple or even none, that's okay too! I would appreciate a home either without kids or older kids that are respectful of my space and will take it slow with me in terms of our introduction (AKA no yelling, tugging, rough petting, pulling, etc.).
