Hi!

My name is Mordecai, but you can call me Morty for short! I was running the streets of Akron when a nice lady made a home base for me on her porch. Someone not so nice in the neighborhood took advantage of my overly social and overly trusting nature and wrapped duct tape all around my feet. We had a really hard time getting it off. The lady that was feeding me reached out for help and my foster mom made some room for me! When I first met my foster mom I came running straight up to her. That says a lot about my personality. I am very very social and love other people. Not only do I love other people, I love other animals. You'll often find me laying with my close buddies Princess Penelope and Clawdia. Not only do I love all living things, I LOVE food. As soon as I hear that can of Fancy Feast crack open - I'm all over it! Something to note about me is I have very long hair. It will require you to brush me and keep me tangle free. My foster mom cleaned me up with a good bath, sanitary trim, and belly shave so I should be set for a while.
