About John - Teenage Kitten
Hi there! I am John!! I was born April 2020. I am very sweet and playful and love getting some attention. I will purr your ear off if you let me. I get along great with other cats and don't mind the gentle dogs here in our foster home.
My 3 siblings and my mother and I came to the rescue when I was just 2 weeks old and have been off and on again sick due to stressful situations (going to the new foster home, going to get fixed, our siblings being adopted) but that hasn’t stopped me at all! I am so happy and fun and love to snuggle!
I am looking for a home that is quiet and predictable, please no young children. I would like to be in a home that does not anticipate a ton of changes in the near future, we know that no one can predict the future and things happen, but my ideal home would be quiet, allow me to adjust, know that a stressful situation (like moving from our foster home to yours initially) may make me sick and would be ready to take us to the vet to get looked at in the event that this did happen. It isn't life threatening and I would only need an antibiotic to help push me through if this did happen. As I grow, I will grow stronger internally and the stressful situations will not be as bad for me. In the meantime, I will love you so so much, I promise, forever and always.
Please keep in mind when applying for a kitten that we can be very rambunctious. I will probably run laps around your home and possibly climb your curtains. Maybe you could buy me a scratching post to climb and scratch! Scratching is natural for me and I do this for many reasons. Couches often fall victim to this since this is where family tend to congregate, and I will want to mark this area since you are in it! I like high places and love to climb too, of course.
My adoption fee is $65.00 this includes:
