RR Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a Rose's Rescue pet!

Although the application does not obligate you in any way to finalize an adoption with us and you may choose not to continue with things at any point along the way, the information you provide will give us what we need to get the process started.  For not only will it help to insure that our pets are adopted to good homes, but it will also enable us to make sure that the pet you are interested in is an appropriate match for you, your family, and your lifestyle.  If you haven't yet done so, we encourage you to review our "things to consider before adopting" page before filling out your application as you may find it helpful in determining the type of pet that is best suited for you.

Please make sure you answer all questions completely.   Please contact your veterinarian's office and give them permission to release your information to Rose's Rescue.  If questions are left unanswered or prior authorization is not given, it will delay the processing of your application.  This could result in another applicant being approved for the pet you are interested in during the time it takes for us to contact you for vet authorization or for answers that were not initially provided on your form.

Initial contact will be via email. Please watch your email and also check your spam folder.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE RESCUE. MOST TIMES WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CALL YOU BACK.

Remember, you are not the only one applying for this animal.

If you for some reason the form will not submit properly, please check to see if there are questions that you skipped as the form will not submit if that happens.   You will see a note at the top of the application telling you which answers are blank.   In most cases, this is will solve the issue.  If you are certain you have answered all questions and the form will still not submit, contact rosesrescuepets@gmail.com.
