Bizzie

We were very fortunate to adopt Bizzie! She likes to play tug with her new brother, but knows she’s too strong for him so she will just lay there. She’s such a gentle dog. She is a wonderful new addition to our family!

Bailee

He is so sweet I got my Bailee from Rosie's Rescue. Thank you my Bert just loves her.

Buddy

After the loss of our beagle Mario, I came across a picture of Buddy(beagle) on Rose's Rescue and Karen brought him out for a meet & greet. Well I fell in love with him and adopted him! He has been such a welcome addition. He is such a "Mama's boy"! The following year I happen to see that Rose's had a senior 10 year old doxie that really had a rough life,Hooch is the sweetest little guy! He loves life and has been such a joy since coming to live with us. Buddy & Hooch would sit on my lap 24/7 if I let them!! They also have a fursister rescued from the pound who is very protective of them. Thanks Rose's Rescue for letting these 2 rescue me!!

Bear

H i - Just want to let you know--- Little Buddy AKA Bear is doing great. Everyone loves him and he loves everyone. I walk both of them - together, every morning and we are pretty good at it now. Buddy stays on the right, Emily on the left. Took him to the vet just to get his flea and heartworm and checked over --- he says he thinks he is more like 3 yrs old, not 6. Also, because of his high energy he thinks he is pug toy terrier. I agree. He is so happy you can't help but be happy around him. When I take him thru the McDonalds drive thru, the. lady has a fit over him---- says she just wants to take him home. Even the Vet tech was tickled over how cute he is, and said he made her day!!! I am just so very thankful that you picked this little guy up!!!! He truly is my little Buddy. Thanks again. Emily accepts him and I know they sit together when I go out!!!!. Betty Lou

Benny

Monty and I are so happy to have Benny in our family. He has adjusted well and seems to be very happy with us too. Benny is very smart and has learned several new tricks. He has been socialized with other neighbor dogs and gets along well with them all so far. There are many children in the neighborhood of all ages and he is friendly with everybody but gets unsure and barks when kids flap their arms and jump around him. He just can't figure out if they are a friend or foe. We are working on reassuring him. Benny continues to have separation anxiety and has escaped from his crate by springing the latch with his teeth and also by pulling the door inward with brute force. Monty had tried to make modifications to the door with Plexiglass, plastic ties, and duct tape but each time Benny figured out an escape! We had to go to a different crate with a tighter fit and plastic over the grill so he can't get a grip and break his teeth. So far that seems to be working. Benny continues to need coaching sometimes to go down the steps to do his business but once he knows he is being observed, he travels all over his big yard and sometimes needs to be called back in. Sincerely, Jeanie
