Misty's adoption fee is $100 or for those 60 years of age or older, you may participate in the $60 for 60 program.
If you should also choose to adopt one of the other beagles that came in with Misty, Annie or Jake, the second adoption fee will be waived.

Hi My name is Misty and I am a small 8 year old beagle girl weighing about 24 pounds. I came to the rescue today along with my friends because my mom lost her house and had to move and couldn't take us with her. We are all very sad that we can no longer be together but looking forward to forging new friendships. I was rescued from a bad situation when I was a puppy and never really got completely over it. I takes me a while to make up to most people although some I like on sight.Once I get past my shyness I am a very loving little girl. I am always leary of men with beards, so they think someone with a beard was probably the one that abused me. I am spayed, good with other dogs and electronic fence trained. I would do best in a quiet home without a lot of commotion and strangers I have to meet. If you would be interested in two for the price of one, I would be happy to inlcude Annie or Jake in my new home.
