Hi, My name is Buddy and I am a purebred yellow lab with papers and all that good stuff. My first owners took me to puppy classes so I know some stuff but then I got big and they quit working with me. I was not getting enough exercise so I started to get into trouble. They were going to take me out and dump me but luckily a gal from the rescue heard about it and rescued me. I am now in a foster home with other dogs and cats too.  I am 13 months old and a big boy. I am neutered and up to date on my shots. My foster mom says I am a big lover BUT I need to go to a very active family and one that understands the lab mentality.  I need a LOT of exercise and activity and I can't go with small children - not because I would want to hurt them but just because I can get wild and I would knock them over for sure. If you have had labs before and understand us then you may be the home for me. I am going to be a super dog but I need some more training and some more maturity.

Don't I look nice in my gentle leader after my walk? But then I went in the back yard and played in the mud! I don't mind a little mud on my face do you?  If I look like just the dog for you please fill out the application below.
