Help Spirit out of the pound. He is in need of a understanding home or a rescue.

Meet Spirit. I think they called him that because he is definitly a spirited fellow. He is large and young and in need of someone to give him some direction. You do have to consider he has been living in a kennel since May 5th, so that could have some effect on his energy level. This handsome boy needs someone to give him a chance. Yes he needs training. He is large and weighs about 85 lbs, he is estimated at about 1 year old. He has longish hair. He is listed as a Labrador Retrievr mix, but I am thinking he could be a Flat coated retriever mix or maybe a collie/lab mix. It is so hard to tell. He is a sweet guy, just a large adolecent male that no one has taken the time to work with. He is presently living at the Portage County Dog Warden's Shelter.
