Lucas is a purebred Bichon Frise around 5 years old and weights 11 lbs. He was born and raised in a puppy mill until the kind rescue lady bought him. He was being used for breeding. He needs a home where there are other dogs, at least one. He has never been the only dog and gets upset if he can't find his buddy. He has special needs since he was used as a puppy mill breeder. Those needs are: you need patience, he is afraid of new people, once he gets to know you he is okay and will come and sit on your lap. He needs lots of love, and attention. He is a happy a little guy and loves attention and being talked to. He is housebroken
