UPDATE: Sparkle has recently joined the cell dog program.  During this program she will be trained by selected inmates who will be overseen by a professional dog trainer. She will attend classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Sparkle can be visited and even adopted while she is in the Cell Dog program.

HI!! My name is Sparkle because of the speckles on my feet. I am a 4 month old mixed breed girl but they are not quite sure what the mix is. My mother was a 90 pound purebred Alaskan Malamute but from the looks of me my father may have been a black lab. I am going to be a BIG girl but I am as cute as can be. I was a little cautious of new people and getting my picture taken but I make friends after a few cookies. I live with 2 small children and a cat and know how to behave with them. I am OK with other dogs too. If you are looking for a large breed puppy who is good with kids and cats I may be just what you want.
