Hi, My name is Melody and I am new to the rescue. I was picked up as a stray by the pound. I had recently given birth to puppies but although they looked for them they were never found. I have pretty much recovered from that and have been spayed now so I am ready for my new forever home. I am a sweet girl - calm and affectionate. I like to go for car rides and get along great with other dogs and cats too. I am a little timid and loud noises and strange places can frighten me sometimes. I will need an understanding person to reassure me and show me that everything is going to be good for me from now on. I am house and crate trained and pretty good on a leash.
