PLEASE HELP OUR SENIORS!!!
Hello there, my name is Sadie. I am a senior girl just looking for a place to spend my final years. My owner left me at the dog pound with my beagle buddy. I do not understand what happened. My buddy got adopted and I became depressed, so now here I am at the rescue waiting for someone to pick me, but I have been waiting for 2 years. I am good with people, but do have a problem with some other dogs. I get very protective over my food. The vet says I am healthy for my age(apx 10), and I have also been through the prison training program. All I need now is some understanding person to take me home. I would so love to know that feeling of safety and security again in my life. I weigh in at around 50 pounds. I can only promise that I will do the best I can to be a good girl for you. I would so love to spend my remaining years with a person of my own. Please fill out an application below and come meet me. Love Sadie
Sadie was left at the dog pound after living her life in a home. I cannot imagine what it must be like for an animal to be left at the dog pound after many years of being happy, safe and secure in a home. She has been through the cell dog training program, so knows her commands. She will need to be fed away from other dogs. She is very low energy and laid back. Someone out there is looking for a good senior girl, I just know it! We may consider a foster home for Sadie, so if anyone is interested in fostering contact Karen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
