Meet Oboe! Oboe and her siblings came to the rescue after being found alone outside at only 3 weeks old. They were skinny, covered in fleas and battling infections. Fortunately, they were found by a kind person who brought them to us. They are feeling much better now and are ready to meet their new families!
Oboe is a confident, spunky kitten with a beautiful dilute calico coat. She is quick to greet new people and loves attention. She loves to wrestle and play with her siblings and is learning how to play with cat toys. So far, she likes toys with bells that make a lot of fun noise! Oboe hasn't met dogs yet but should adjust easily to them. She does well with children and other cats. She is being fostered in Akron, OH. Oboe was born around the end of April 2025.
The adoption fee for a single kitten is $100 and a pair of kittens is $150. The adoption fee includes: negative test for Feline Leukemia (FELV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), spay surgery, age-appropriate vaccines (feline leukemia, FVRCP), de-worming, topical flea protection, and a microchip. Depending on Oboe's age at adoption, feline leukemia and FVRCP vaccine boosters may need to be continued with her adopters' vet, and she will need her rabies shot when she is 14-16 weeks old.
Oboe will be 8 weeks old in early July. She will be ready to go home with her new family around the weekend of July 11th, after her spay surgery. Applicants are welcome to meet Oboe and her siblings in their foster home now. We will collect a $50 deposit (deducted from her total fee) to hold her until adoption day.
