Punkin is looking for a new home. Her owner has an upcoming surgery that will require a long recovery period and she will not be able to care for Punkin. 

Punkin is a 40#  8 year old spayed female Corgi mix who is up to date on her veterinary needs and immunizations. In the past she has been attacked by another dog and which has left her defensive.

She will require an adult home with someone who has experience with fearful dogs and where there are no children or other animals. Probably would be best in a home where someone is not gone 8 hours a day as she is not accustomed to this.

Her owner reports her as an excellent watch dog  who is devoted to her owner, likes to play and is very obedient. She is housebroken and  not destructive in her home.

She does need to be muzzled and sedated for veterinary or grooming needs.
