Meet Bumper. Bumper came into the shelter with his brother Uggs. Lucky Uggs was adopted, but Bumper is still waitng. Big loving guy of about 2 years old. Seems to get along with other dogs. Good with people, just wants a home of his own. Please stop buy the Portage Co Dog Warden's Shelter to meet Mr Bumper. No cats in the home please!
