Roxy is an owner foster from Annette. She will be spayed and vetted May 4 at RVH. She went to Maria Podijil, ap, who saw her posted on face book. We did the transfer before she actually went into foster care. Annette has filled an owner/foster form out. Podijil is a good home and I felt it was better to send her there , then to evie and and then adopted. I connected and approved the applicant. $100 owner foster fee was paid. Roxy went on trial on 4/25/2020
