Mr Rusty was found as a stray. He came in to the shelter in bad shape. Most of his hair was gone due to not being treated for fleas. His soft hair is now growing back and he is ready for a home. Rusty walks well on a leashand knows how to sit, down, and shake. Anyone out there looking for a senior guy please stop in at the Portage Co Dog Warden's Shelter and meet Rusty.
