Meet Bullet: Bullet is a young male lab mix, estimated to be around 1 year old. He has been at the pound since October 2nd, 2013. Bullet acts like a friendly puppy. He is large for his puppy like play so we are looking for a home with older kids or no kids. He loves to play with his toys and go for runs.  He is very smart and a joy to work with. When mature he will make a very loyal and wonderful addition to your family. Bullet is the kennels comedic relief some times and can be pretty funny to watch. He will throw his ball up in the air like a seal and then act surprised when is hits him in the head. He's even goofy in his sleep with his back legs spread out on the floor, flat on his tummy. Kennel life is just no place for a young man like Bullet. He is hoping someone will take a liking to him and take him to a new home. He is young and energetic and will need some work, but he is a good boy and will work hard to show you what he can do.   Please stop out to the Portage Co Dog Warden's Shelter and meet Mr Bullet. He sure could use a visit.
