Hi, My name is Buddy and boy am I just glad to be safe. I am a puppy mill rescue and I was such a matted filthy mess that I had to be completely shaved down. I have gone into a loving foster home with some dogs and cats for buddies and I am fine with that. All I really want is a lap to sit in. I am a purebred Bichon Frise and about 2 years old. I am up to date on my vaccines and will be neutered soon.
