Henry is a very sweet and loving older gentleman. He would love nothing more than to be a constant companion in a quiet home. He is a little skittish at first, but always gentle and loving. Henry needs a special person to step up and give him the love he deserves but never received in his difficult life. Are you that special person? Henry needs a fenced yard to get his exercise and a loving owner to share their home. He enjoys lying next to his foster mom and soaking up all of her love and attention. Henry likes other dogs but is afraid of some of them. He is neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and on heartworm prevention. His veterinarian said that his heart and lungs sound good and that beagles can live a very long time. If you have an open place in your heart and home, this very special guy won't disappoint you. Henry weighs 23 pounds and the veterinarian estimated his age to be 8 to 9 years old.
