Hi there, my name is Anna Marie, but my friends call me Annie. I am looking for a foster father or mother or an adopter.I am approximately 5 years old and weigh in at about 60 lbs. I am a pit bull mix that was rescued from a high kill shelter and so happy that I was. I went to boot camp in a trainer's home.I learned to sit, stay,come, and play fetch. I was adopted into a home with an older fella and we did everything together.However, he got ill and had to return me.I miss him so, that I suffered from depression.I need another strong leader type of a male or female to give me the one on one I crave.I am partial to men and would be the best girlfriend you ever had! A man , woman,or quiet couple on a little land or farm with not a lot of people coming or going would be lovely.I am good with older polite children. I love people.However,I do not like female dogs and am not a dog to take to parks.I need to be the only dog, unless there is a calm, well behaved ,social male dog. I can tolerate cats, if introduced properly.Free training sessions come with me, so I know how to behave around dogs..Supplies and costs will be totally paid for by the rescue, if you foster.I ride a treadmill and don't really require much.I also love to swim.I am perfectly house trained and non destructive when left alone.I am living alone in a barn right now and it is like a house.I am used to being alone for long hours at a time.However, I sure wish I had someone to be with, more than what I am getting.I just need that special person to love me again.
